Numeracy Tutor

📍 Fremantle | In-Person

We are looking to hire qualified primary-trained teachers with a minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience, who is confident and experienced in teaching maths foundations across Years 1–7.

These are non-negotiable requirements of the role.

We are seeking educators who are passionate about teaching numeracy foundations for children in Years 1–7, because this is our speciality — and the reason we are growing.

We are passionate about helping children reach their potential through science-based teaching, thoughtful scaffolding, and genuine support.

About The Role

We are specialists in literacy and numeracy intervention.

Numeracy Intervention

For numeracy, we are all confident using a Concrete–Pictorial–Abstract (CPA) approach, building conceptual understanding cumulatively, adapting lessons responsively, and teaching vertically where needed to bridge foundational gaps.

We are all proficient with OneNote and comfortable using online technologies such as Microsoft Teams when required, including at short notice.

We are always punctual, prepared, and ready for fast-paced mornings and afternoons, as sessions typically run back-to-back in focused 30-minute blocks.
